Suite 101

Space. Energy. Creating a space that speaks to you. Inspires you. Encourages you. Revitalizes you. These are a few of my favourite things. A few books I encourage those of you to try out for perspective. To maybe see something you don't know that you don't know. All of these books impacted my space and life. I thought I was minimal and organized before I read these.  Try them out. I promise your headspace and physical space will be greatly impacted.

1. Creating Your Sacred Space by Karen Kingston

2. The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing by Marie Kondo

3. Clearing Your Clutter with Feng Shui by Karen Kingston

4. Sweeping Changes: Discovering the Joy of Zen in Everyday Tasks by Gary Thorp

Creating a space that gives you room to create and expand your current self and state is always a work in progress. Always. It never stops. A snippet of my space is below. I recently filled my walls with words I chose to empower me everyday and remind me of the path I want to live and lead. A very special thank you to a human I feel like I already know, even though we've only exchanged words in the digital realm with one another. Check out Allison, here

Today marks another Leap year. This day comes around every four years. Fascinating, really. Fun fact: you have a one in 1,461 chance of being born on this day. Speaking of birthdays, I turned 24 on the 26th of February. I have already had a lot of conversation around reflection this weekend to check in with myself, my path and where I am headed. This year is full of possibility to create anything. I can feel it.
